印象中，你用的是 Ubuntu 吧？ 从 Linux CD 启动后，大概的步骤如下：
#mount /dev/hda? /mnt/root ; 挂载 Linux 根目录
#chroot /mnt/root ;使用原来的 Linux 系统作为根目录
#grub-install /dev/hda ; 安装 Grub，假设为 /dev/hda
#exit ; 退出 chroot
#reboot ；重启系统
